Green Tea Jelly

Hello everyone!!

This week to celebrate the wonderful weather that springtime heralds, Curiosity is doing a refreshing dessert!!


Green Tea Jelly

1 cup Hot water
1 cup Water (room temperature)
50g rock sugar (I think regular sugar works as well)
1 tbsp gelatine
1 Tea bag

1) Brew tea bag with hot water, cover and set aside.
2) Add 14 cup water to gelatine, set on top of double boiler and melt the gelatine.
3) Add the rest of the water into a pot and add sugar, melt.
4) After both gelatine and sugar have melted, remove tea bag and combine everything.
5) Move mixture into a container of your  liking and refrigerate till set.
