Soft Rolls

Soft Rolls

Hello Everyone!!

Thank you for visiting!!! Curiosity is full of love and gratefulness this week! Say hi to my little brother everyone!!

Some of the recipes you see here are actually my little brother (once upon a time culinary student)’s, and a lot of the times he is the one helping Curiosity try and test recipes.
He’s been my sous chef, lighting master, even director since the very beginning, and the best brother ever!! I wouldn’t have made it a full year without him, and the awesome crew (that comes in and out a lot)~!!

I hope you enjoy!!

(Midnight) Pancakes

Hello to another week of Curiosity to the Oven! This week, I’m featuring pancakes.

So I know that pancakes are breakfast food, but (I guess I’m just odd) I’m calling these midnight pancakes. If breakfast is so good first thing in the morning, nothing says it cant be equally as good at night.

Feel free to change the amount of sugar in the recipe. I prefer things less sweet, so if it’s not sweet enough for your sweet tooth then add more.

I eat my bananas until there are only 3 bananas left and just leave them to ripen. You can always buy overripe bananas if you’re in a hurry to make banana bread of course.

The first time I made this recipe was when my dad really wanted me to get rid of the overripe bananas sitting in our kitchen. I wasn’t about to eat the almost black bananas so instead I went and looked up recipes using overripe bananas. After finding a recipe and trying new combinations, I was finally left with the recipe that I use.
