Earl Grey Tea Jelly

Earl Grey Tea Jelly

Hello everyone!!!

Yes, Curiosity is fond of Tea Jellies, mostly because it’s summer and it’s a great summer treat (at least I think so).

Earl Grey Tea Jelly

1 cup Hot water
1 cup Water (room temperature)
30g rock sugar (I think regular sugar works as well)
2 tbsp gelatine
1 Earl Grey Tea bag

1) Brew tea bag with hot water, cover and set aside.
2) Add 14 cup water to gelatine, set on top of double boiler and melt the gelatine.
3) Add the rest of the water into a pot and add sugar, melt.
4) After both gelatine and sugar have melted, remove tea bag and combine everything.
5) Move mixture into a container of your liking and refrigerate till set.
