To me, this is the ultimate recipe for crepes. The only reason for that is because this is my father’s recipe.
When I was younger, my father would use Sunday mornings as a way to teach my brother and I how to cook. We would create such a mess and my mom would yell at us so badly, but it was so much fun. We learned to cook and enjoy cooking as well.
So this recipe is really all thanks to my dad, I’m just surprised I was able to recreate it.
1 cup flour
1 tsp oil
1 cup milk
1 tbs sugar
1) Combine flour, eggs, oil, milk and sugar.
2) Set the heat for the pan between medium to high heat.
3) Ladle the batter into the pan.
4) When the edges of the pancake starts becoming dry.
