Cheesecake Cupcakes

Cheesecake Cupcakes
Cheesecake cupcakes are a good twist from the usual cupcakes, and surprisingly easy to make. Really, this recipe is for the cheesecake lovers who can’t help but finish the entire cake on their own. This way, you get a little bit of cheesecake without feeling too guilty.

This was actually a birthday present to two of my friends who were born on the same day. Since high school, I have baked them a cake for their shared birthday and was looking for something new to try that year. I wondered if I could turn a cheesecake into cupcakes so I went and tried it. The result was not bad at all.

Cheesecake Cupcakes
672 grams cream cheese
1 cup white sugar
5 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Electric mixer
1 mixing bowl (if you do not have proper mixing bowls, use a pot so that nothing flies through your kitchen)
Cupcake pan
At least 24 cupcake liners

1)    Preheat oven 350° Fahrenheit.
2)    Cream together cream cheese and white sugar
3)    Stir in eggs 1 at a time then mix in vanilla
4)    Spoon into cupcake liners
5)    Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
6)    Remove to cool.

Apples, it’s a basic apple pie filling recipe. If you’re going to put fruit on top I recommend you bakes them for 20 minutes then put hte fruit on top, then put it in for the remained 10-15 mins.
