It’s been an interesting year here at Curiosity and I wouldn’t have had it any other way!
For the new year, I want to do more and on a more regular schedule! The NSSSO and I are going to work out a better posting calendar to bring more recipes and Meal Deals to Curiosity!
Look out for a new Vacay Mayday in March! The NSSSO and I are planning a trip and of course I’ll be sharing everything I’ve eaten on the trip (and maybe more?).

Happy Holidays! Today we are making a Croissant Bread Pudding with Chocolate! I figured what could be more festive than chocolate and this recipe doesn’t take too much time to prep and only half an hour in the oven, so I like to think of it as EMERGENCY HOLIDAY PARTY DESSERT! That and the NSSSO loves it (possibly too much).
