Hello Everyone! This week Curiosity brings you CREME BRULEE!!

There will and was only one reason that I would make me take on creme brulee so early in my practically infant baking experience, and that would be my best friend. No, she has not been on Curiosity… maybe one day ( if I can convince her). But let’s continue!

As you can tell, Curiosity to the Oven does not have great organizational skills. The only thing I can say is… I’M TERRIBLY SORRY!!

If it helps the situation at all, my video editor nagged me well into his birthday to remember to post… so kudos and happy birthday wishes to him!!

Now, this week I have a dessert that I personally think tastes a bit like my childhood. Mostly because, without the fruit, it tastes like a Hong Kong snack I loved eating (้›ž่›‹ไป”)… in fact, I still do!
