Blueberry Raspberry Clafouti
As you can tell, Curiosity to the Oven does not have great organizational skills. The only thing I can say is… I’M TERRIBLY SORRY!!

If it helps the situation at all, my video editor nagged me well into his birthday to remember to post… so kudos and happy birthday wishes to him!!

Now, this week I have a dessert that I personally think tastes a bit like my childhood. Mostly because, without the fruit, it tastes like a Hong Kong snack I loved eating (雞蛋仔)… in fact, I still do!

Blueberry Raspberry Clafouti

4 eggs (beaten)
1 cup sugar
34 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
12 tsp nutmeg

1 carton of blueberries
1 carton of raspberries

mixing bowl (if you do not have proper mixing bowls, use a pot so that nothing flies through your kitchen)

1) Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit.
2) Wash and dry fruit, lay it in oiled baking dish.
3) Mix beaten eggs with sugar and nutmeg.
4) Slowly add flour to the mixture.
5) Add milk and vanilla.
6) Pour mixture into prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
